How do I place my order?

Visit our shop to start shopping, You can select any of the products listed on our website for your order. 

What if I want something not listed on your site?

We are always updating our catalogue of products - if you are trying to find a product please get in touch with us shop@goodfayre.co.uk 

Can you deliver my order?

No, we only offer a collection service, However we are looking to expand our collection points, so if you are interested in being a host in your local areas please do get in touch and we can help you to set up a collection point in your area. 

How does the collection work?

Each month we collate all the orders together and package them up, ready for a particular day - it is normally the last Saturday of the month, You can find more information about collection here 

Do I need to bring my own containers?

 We package your orders in refillable containers, which you are welcome to take home and return to us later, or you can empty them into your containers at the collection point. We know that some glass containers are heavy and not practical to take around with you so have found our circular system works well, as it is quick to collect on the day and easy for you to transport. 

What if can't make the collection day?

You don't need to collect your order on the collection day, you can collect it at any time after the collection day - during the shop opening hours.

You can collect your order from our Fisherton warehouse shop
